Gun Laws Pros And Cons

The purchase of guns should be heavily regulated by federal laws, making it more difficult for citizens to purchase and obtain guns. There should be stricter gun control laws in the United States to provide a balance between your right to bear arms and concern for public policy. There have been too many gun shots around the United States that question if the residence of U.S. should no longer have the right to bear arms. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be in fringed.” This Amendment was written in 1791, because at that time, the State and National governments weren’t able to protect the people. But now in the present day, there any many more ways to keep families safe rather than a gun. Now, the question that should be asked is, are all the people who live in America responsible and reliable enough to have the right to bear arms? In order to solve a problem, you need to look at both sides of it. It should be taken under consideration that guns protect people. “Most violent offenders actually do not use firearms, which makes guns the great equalizer.
