Should The Government Limit On Artificial Intelligence?

We grow up with people telling us "the sky is the limit", or other clichés that everyone believes in such as "you can do anything that you put your mind to". How can this be true if anything and everything worth trying is restricted? Therefore, the government should not set limits on artificial intelligence because it enforces a lack of creativity and will only be used to maintain a sense of dominance.
Over the years artificial intelligence has provided us many different creative outlets to perform many different task. AI can be deployed in a wide range of functions, open-ended interactions with human beings for example, customer service and virtual personal assistants such as Apple's Siri. A substantial reason the idea of the government feels necessary to set any type boundaries is because of fear. With the use of artificial Intelligence there would be machines in several different parts of the world. Over the years a numerous amount of people have begun to fear the idea that the world will become obsessed with technology and the idea or even question of limiting artificial intelligence is undeniable proof of that. Innovation and creativity in this type of matter leads to the type of freedom the government simply does not want its civilians to have. However, the government wants the promote technophobia, the fear of new or advanced technology. A foolish argument could be made that the unlimited use of artificial intelligence could lead to technology conquering the world and overthrowing humans but only humans can act in disregard. This means that almost any if not form of artificial intelligence can only do as much as the person has programmed them to be able to do. Because of this one way or another humans will always hold dominance over artificial
