Teenagers should be able to have babies because a baby is a form of love that will never leave them. Many first time parents say they have experienced a type of love from their babies that they have never felt before. “I also love the fact that they will always love me no matter what. ...” said Luscombe. When everyone is against them and all has failed they will have the love of their child. The love parents get from their child is unconditional and no matter how much hatred they have in their heart. Teens go through criticism about the thought of wanting to have and keep their babies. Different teens of all ages are having babies at a very young age. Teens end up pregnant because of contraception failure, getting caught up in the moment, and being drunk, feeling pressured to have unprotected sex. A lot of the pregnancies are not planned but happen because they are not taking their times to think. Maybe they lacked knowledge of how to protect their selves to prevent a pregnancy. In the beginning most parents are not happy and are embarrassed by their teen’s actions. Some parents fault and guilt themselves because they feel they did not do enough to protect their child. In some cases it may be true however in the end they enjoy being grandparents. It takes strength, faith, intelligence, patience, and family support to become a teen parent. The teen maybe not consider abortion because it can put her life in danger. Teens should be allowed to have a baby because it makes them mature faster, it brings families closer, it builds teenage fatherhood, it makes them more determine to succeed, and it is a form of love that will never leave
