Imagine this… A little boy named Ronald was in class getting yelled at for getting a 75 on a test. He may have done bad, but that does not give the right for the teacher to yell at him in front of the whole class. Ronald was thinking to himself “What happens if I were to grade this teacher and yell at her instead of her embarrassing me?” Later that day, Ronald went back home to tell the whole entire story to his mother. She was not that disappointed considering the fact that it was one of the hardest tests of the whole marking period. These teachers yell and fail the students if they make one wrong move. All of these students are not perfect they have to make mistakes to learn, but teachers just do not understand that. For example, Ronald the young boy got one bad grade and the teacher yelled at him nonstop and almost gave him detention. Now why in the world do teachers have the right to judge these students like that? That is why students must be able to grade the teachers in return. According to New York blogs, it clearly states that some schools around New York are using student questionnaires to determine how good or bad the teachers are. Technically speaking, students have more background information on the teachers than anyone else in the school district. Also, on that same site, alone students who are 13 and younger comment on what they think about having themselves grade their own teachers and almost every single kid said yes this is a great idea. Personally, you should think again if you thought that these teachers have the right to judge these students based off of one grade and appearance. Although, they have the rights to grade them and teach it does not give them the rights to judge them and lower their self-esteem in school. Many kids are having the lack of confidence because teachers are just releasing all of their anger out on them. So in the long run, if you really think about it teachers should
