Drug tests could be a solution to students doing drugs, and it is legal. Random testing would be used in non-biased manner which promotes the honor code within drug use, because student athletes will never know if they will be chosen for a random drug test. Random drug testing is already implemented in some school districts around the United States so the legality of it is not a question. It is legal. More school districts in the United States should use random drug testing to prevent drug use within students in a school system.
