Should schools have a longer school day?No having a longer school day will make you have more money to pay,not have enough sleep for the next school day,and will not improve test scores.
First reason why schools should not have a longer school day is because if you play a sport after school you will be getting home even more late then you usually do with a regular school day,That means if you get home later then you usually do you could maybe not have enough energy for the next school day to learn.That is one reason why schools should not have a longer school day.
A second reason why schools should not have a longer school day is electrical and water bill.Also you would have to pay teachers and staff more money because there working longer
