Schools shouldn't have their students subjected to sleep deprivation due to an earlier start time. Do to sleep deprivation students are experiencing consequences to their academic work,. They have had weird/awkward social behavior & some health concerns. After an experiment where teens got 5 more hours of sleep per week benefited by less depression and more alerted. Less sleep can cause migraines obesity nutritional defects and which are associated with sleep deprivation.

Schoolz ah couldn't have their students subjected to sleep deprivation due to an early start time.Schools should have a later start time because there was a study that proved that more sleep teens got the more alert and focused they are. These students are affected by theses early start times. I think schools schools start later on in the day. These are some reasons why school should start at later times.

I and other students believe that school start times should start later & here's why. Researchers say that when students don't get enough sleep they tend to fall asleep in class, they start getting anxiety and stress. I think that these schools should have a later start time because the early start time is subjecting their students to drowsy

15% of parents or students said that they have fallen to sleep during class in the past school year. This is because they spend most of their nights doing there homework,studying. By having schools start their times later in the day it affects the field times after schools because there's 1 hour less to have practice time of game time. This affects the players and the coaches. People say this because if you get out of school at 3-4:30 ishup would have to start practice later in the day and have it get over later in the evening. While many believe that getting more sleep could benefit these students in many ways
