Should Public Dog Parks Be Built In Cities

Public dog parks should not be built in cities for many reasons. The first of them being it would exhaust taxpayers, it would also mean that in most cities to even legally bring your dog there it would cost more money to get a permit to have your dog off it's leash. Also, there is always the risk of a dog biting another person. This would cause lawsuits to the "dog's owner, the state" and possibly the pet to be put down.
"A person's pet is their own responsibility and no one else's." If you live in an apartment that is not fit for a dog to live comfortably inside, then i believe you shouldn't get one. People already pay too many taxes as is, and if they were to put in a dog park we would have to pay for it all. "The fencing alone costs roughly
