Over the years, pro sports players have made thousands and even millions! They are considered by many people, some of the richest people in America. Today there are many sport players playing baseball, football, basketball, and soccer. Now, there is a conflict among people in the United States about who should be paid more. The two jobs are United States military personnel and pro sport players. In my opinion, I choose that pro players should be payed more and I will show why. One of the biggest reasons is that pro sport players need to pay for their insurance. Insurance that covers if they get a minor or major injury. There are hundreds of players who get hurt in their sport league, which eventually leads to thousands of injuries. Especially if they play one and get injured, and never play again. If this happens, how are they going to get money for the appointments and treatments? Some of these …show more content…
This is one the biggest reasons of their jobs. They provide entertainment to us for the sport we love. So, they rely on us to keep them, and their family's feed and keep them healthy. They risk their lives, including their family’s life to entertain us. Including to them about money, they also keep money in the system going at these sport events. Also, America’s economy has a percentage that it relies on pro sport events. There are many reasons people can come up with for each side of this argument. There are many people who would say that soldiers should be paid more. In others opinions, they think pro sport players should be paid more. In my opinion, there are many people who have jobs that should be paid more. Whatever sport it maybe baseball, football, basketball, or soccer, they all need a recognition just like other people too. Some people think I’m crazy by saying that, but there are some pro sport players that don’t get recognition. So I think pro sport players should be paid
