For example a fleeing suspect sure if he was to have a lethal weapon you could shoot to wound but most just shoot and wound when they don't have two and they could just taze the suspect. This does show that there training is done way too serious and that they are trained to handle most situations to serious. This just proves even that police are getting trained to seriously they're gettin trained not very bad situations almost like it was a life and death matter. Onto Michael Martinez of CNN who investigates cases of police violence is one those cases stated “An officer shot a black man fleeing and when questioned about the incident told them that I was to wound the fleeing suspect so i thought possible shooting him in the arm would stop him but my shot missed and hit his lungs.” This show that the police officer didn't think about what would happen if his shot missed instead of aiming as well he quickly shot a missed killing the man.
