Should People Have The Right To Bear Arms

People should have the right to bear arms. Its the second amendment. I think people should have a right to protect themselves from criminals or any other way of danger. Do i think that people who have a criminal history should have one no. But what if someone broke into your house and had a gun but the law said that you could not own one. So i think people should just leave it alone and let people bear arms. If that law does change you are changing something that has been in effect for a very long time. People will not be happy about that. There would probably be riots and trying to overthrow the government.
