People should be allowed to keep pit bull’s as pets because it's how you train a pit bull to be, to become. People say adopting pit bull’s are dangerous, not all pit bull’s are the same, some can change their ways and adapt to their new living situations and become a loving dog. There are many myths and rumors about this breed of dog’s, most of all are not true, it is all due to the media and the people of this world that talk bad about this certain breed.
People buy pit bull’s because they want tough dogs that can attack and look mean, so they animal is trained in a manner that promotes this. Training a pit bull to become mean you have to start young and teach it to bite and give it shots that make it mentally deranged, not feeding the pit bull for an amount of time will change the way they gaze upon another dog, because of this they tend to think that the other dog is either food or trying to get the other dog's food, so the animal feels threatened and therefore attacks the dog …show more content…
Some people blame the dog for being mean, but other people like groups and gangs that support pit bulls and take action, believe it's the owner’s doings. If pit bulls were banned and eventually died off or euthanized, humans who wanted a fighting dog that looked mean and will do everything that their human asks. Humans would just choose another dog that fits a pit bull’s profile. Research has been done and checked and they believe that if pit bulls are banned, german shepherds would be the next “pitbull”. There reasoning for choosing german shepherds is because german shepherds can be trained and they will listen to their human, their weight is 50 lbs up to 80 lbs and sense they're heavier than pit bulls german shepherds are generally even stronger, they are taller than pit bulls, and German shepherds are the smartest dogs in the
