Should Peope Drink Milk? Did you know that milk makes your bones strong? It also reduces heartburn and it has the perfect things people need like nutriants and vitamins. It helps us get skinny and it is also recomended by doctors.
One reason is it can make peoples bones strong. It has been a recomendation by doctors that if people want to have strong bones they should drink 3 cups of milk everyday, also when they have weak bones they should drink milk because it has calcium which that will make your bones big and strong. It’s so important because if people don’t drink it, our bones will be soft. Another reason is because milk can help lose weight. In fact people who drink a very little amount of milk a day can only lose up to 7 pounds in
