This a very high number of serious adverse effects per year. Because this number is so high, it has a better chance to save a higher percentage of children’s lives. Whether you are a parent or not, we all have that unselfish concern for the welfare of children and our communities. If it were possible, we would protect our loved ones from even the smallest of illnesses.
