Marijuana should stay illegal because it’s a bad and unsafe drug. The reason that is bad it’s because more widespread use would increase the dangerous of secondhand smoke-damage to bystanders. Legalizing would increase the chances of it falling to the hands of kids. Physical damage would be done to users that abuse the drug. Stoned driving and other dangers would be increased. Legalizing marijuana could eventually lead to the legalization of all the other drugs. Marijuana is a drug that leads you to other drugs like cocaine, heroin, and other drugs that are more dangerous.
