Why Shouldn T Marijuana Be Legalized

The main substance that is in weed (a short term word used for marijuana) would be THC. THC stands for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. When the drug is smoked the THC passes through the bloodstream, through all the organs in the body, and takes it to the brain. As it enters the brain the THC attaches to the cells and there are receptors in your brain that are called cannabinoid receptors and they are activated by chemicals that occur naturally in the human body. I am going to be writing about marijuana and the use of it showing how it’s not harmful and why it should be legalized. Facts will be provided to show the positive benefits of marijuana use showing that this “illegal drug” is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

I’ve wrote about the reasons why marijuana is safe but if marijuana is going to be legalized everyone should know why everyone wants it legal so bad. Now if a minor gets caught with this illegal substance then they can get put on probation. Seriously no one wants that. Prohibition has enormous social costs.
