There are gangs and drug dealers whom are capitalizing on anyone willing to purchase their products. If it were to be legalized the government would be able to monitor the potency being dealt, track those purchasing it, and can even see the medical reasons why it is being purchased and compare it to the medicine the hospital. It may help and or change the way medicine is distributed when diagnosing someone with cancer, or any other extreme medical condition. However, because it is not legalized there are many non-experienced kids, young adults, and even those grown adults growing out of their home which is not professionally studied and sold like it’s nothing. These dealers having little knowledge or potentially care for whom they are selling it to. These dealers are not handing out questionnaires and they may not even asking the customer what is wrong with them and if they have any history with smoking.
