Should kids be working at a very young age? Davalos Cayo, age 15, states that,”I can buy my own school supplies.” He also said,”I don't ask my parents for much, and that takes a weight off them.” Kids like him have learned respect and responsibility at a very young age; that's how it should be. Kids should be able to work at a very young age because it teaches responsibility/ respect and they can buy their own stuff.

The kids will learn responsibility/ respect because of them working. They'll be able to learn responsibility by working and keeping their grades up while working a job. They'll learn respect by giving respect to the adults they work with. Responsibility/ respect are just two things that can help.
