Should High School Students Be Allowed To Graduate In 3 Years

A junior is graduating early, they are part of their senior council, they have enough credits, and they are on track to enter college and work a job within the year. What’s the problem? The high school they transferred to doesn’t allow them to graduate in three years.Now they are going to have to waste a whole year of their life taking classes they don’t even need. Students should be allowed to graduate in three years because they can receive more education, they are given the chance to make money and enter the workforce more quickly, and they might already have enough credits to graduate.
To begin, by graduating early students have the opportunity to receive extra education. When students graduate earlier they have an extra year to put towards their secondary education. This can help because in more strenuous degrees like medical and scientific degrees you need many years of schooling. However; students may choose another option and choose to pursue a technical career. These students will need to take a technical course and may need an extra year to be trained in what they want to do.When you learn something when you’re younger it sticks in your brain better. For example, kids have a better chance of learning a foreign language because their brain is still learning how the world works. Following that thinking a student could absorb more information

This can be crucial in the process of starting your adult life. If basic necessities can’t be provided then it can be difficult to begin adult life. Also, by obtaining a job and living on their own sooner they can learn more life skills than they can by staying at their parents’ house. Lastly making money sooner can help to teach valuable money management skills. By having to make and follow a budget and schedule young adults learn to adapt to life
