Firstly, the theory of evolution should be a part of biology classes in high schools because there has been consistent evidence to support it. The conceptual nature of the theory of evolution allows for logical reasoning and helps to explain many aspects of how many systems exist in the animal and plant kingdom. During its conception, the educational system in the United States has taught that the origin of species is derived from scriptural passages from the Bible. This is known as Creationism.
