Drunk driving can be stopped. To begin this process, bars across the nation should be educated propery on the consicquences that occur when people drink. For instance, intoixcated people can call someone they know, call a cab, and have their keys taken away if they refuse. To further pursue, officers should park by local bars and monitor all patrients leaving, weather they're stumbling or standing straight, danger lurks when a drunk is about to drive. Bar staff can easily handle this situation better if they cut all their customers off before intoxicating levels occur.
