As mentioned in the previous paragraph the capital punishment can deter crimes, because people doesn 't want to die just because of a stupid thing they have done in their life. But some judges are sexist and just want make your sentences horrible. If they give you the death penalty because of something you truly deserve it! Bill Clinton wants the death penalty because he thinks it may make our country better and decrease the crime rates. Yes, it can make the country better and some murderers will be punished correctly. Some professors believe that all states need to have a death penalty; everyone can be punished the same and so it will be fair to everyone all of the United
