Busy Bobcat App Review Paper

Before I had even decided to attend Montana State University, all the reviews I had read on the school seemed to consist of parking complaints. It’s funny that after gaining a much wider perspective of the school, I should return to parking in our Business Seminar class, to develop an idea of an app that would not only improve on the parking issues, but also would touch on all the other issues around the MSU campus. It’s called the Busy Bobcat App. Given that so much business is being conducted on handheld devices, this app is created to be easily used on all types of such devices. In our class, we divided our population into four groups. These are marketing, management, research & development, and finance/budgeting. For each group, we strategized and analyzed our specific jobs. After collaborating with the fellow teams, we came together and analyzed our strengths, weaknesses, threats, opportunities, and so much more, and arrived at conclusions.
Here are our conclusions for each category. For the marketing team has some extremely creative members. This creativity comes in handy for coming up with different designs and looks for different pages and interactives on the app. One particular student in this group has coding experience. One of the biggest strengths this team has is years worth of experience with the technology. The app is on a website that is available to practically every kid in college. When students are told to do something, they want to do it the easiest way possible, without doing much work. By using this specific team, they can help students do this way better than any website or app MSU has to offer. A weakness that they have is that they feel as though they do not have any creative sort of gene in them.
