College Education Limitations

Limitation are everywhere, but the one place there should not be any limits are in education, and that’s why the government should allow everyone to have a college education. There are many countries in the world that are suffering because they only have access to the knowledge to get by from day to day. In the United States there are many resources for education, but Some people have poor families and can’t afford to go to college. So they cannot support their family. However, if they had money or an education they could at least lead a better life. First of all, college education is not only costly but it is also increasing. College presidents rate the quality of higher education lower today than they might have 10 years ago, they rated students lower as well, and this is why we students who have a higher grade point average should be able to go to school (Michelle). Many families who cannot afford college have to work hard and start financial planning from middle school, they even have to start visiting colleges from a very young age (Robin). This is why a very small percentage of students get a full ride for college. Robin’s study showed that attendance minus expected family contribution equals your financial need (Robin). It seems simple at first, but when you take a deeper look into this equation there are other small kinks in the equations that can make a vast difference. We don’t even use some of the things that we pay for in college, if we looked at the equation we can define cost of attendance as tuition, room, board, and transportation (Robin). Many students don’t even use bus transportation because it takes too much time for it to move from one location to another. That higher education still remains a worthwhile investment for most doesn 't negate, though, the concerns shared by the public and student presidents about the cost and value of higher education in this country today. A college education still seems to be worth it in the long run but in a few years there will come a time when many people will not want a college degree dew to the cost and the debt that comes along with it at the end. In many studies there shows a trend where when more people are educated like in European countries there seems to be a rise in the economic structure and system (Michelle). There seems to be a direct correlation between education to economy, that is all the evidence that anyone needs to make college free. When we make college free our economy will grow into a better version of itself so we can still be leading as one of the worlds super powers. There are also many other benefits to making college free. Americans can start facing their own problems like debt and poverty, instead of relying on their families.
