Sweet Leaf Tea., Considering the relationship the brand had with its audience, should Clayton have reached out to customers to announce he was leaving?

In the case of Clayton Christopher, several factors where analyzed in order to offer an opinion in this manner. Mr. Christopher did not have the need to reach out to customers to let them know his decision of leaving the company and putting another individual in charge. Taking in consideration that this is a business, offering that type of information at this level where the organization is established is irrelevant information and can be misunderstood.
