Brainwashed. Kids get taken from their families to join the military. In Africa, thousands of kids are forced to join because they are the “perfect weapon”. The article Armed & Underage says “They are easily manipulated, intensely loyal, fearless, and most important, in endless supply.” (Gettleman). Kids get taken advantage for unreasonable duties. All they know is fighting because that is how they grow up. There is no reason that any child should be raised to fight, but be raised in a safe, learning environment.
It is true that children love to fight and may have no feelings when it comes to killing. In the article Child Soldiers, Prosecution informs us with “Many children occupy command positions in their armed group/military and are responsible for planning or ordering the commissions of war crimes and human right abuse.” Even though they do take control in missions and hurt humans. However, many kids are forced and are scared to do otherwise because they will get tortured if they don’t listen. In the article Child Soldiers states “...children have no say in whether they

In the article Child Soldiers, Prosecution informs on “Children are often forced into fighting and have little choice over whether or not they enlisted… they are following orders of adults rather than acting of their own free will.” This is informing people a little about what the children are going through . In the same article Child Soldiers, Prosecution tell about what other things adults to them, “...child soldiers also use drugs and alcohol to make children more compliant and to enable them to commit acts they would not ordinarily commit.” Some people know the feeling of what it’s like to be on drugs and it’s probably not a good feeling, but the children still go through that because they are forced and have no other choice unless they want to
