One would know this because children in war torn countries witness floggings,stonings,amputations, and have seen their friends and family killed or tortured (Children in Somalia facing war crimes). Plus, “Some children interviewed by Amnesty International witnessed teachers being killed during attacks on schools and reported that some girls were even forced into marriages with fighters(Children in Somalia facing war crimes). This proves the claim because if the children are always seeing death they are going to think that is it ok, especially when they younger and look up to
