People think that this is a problem where no one is to blame ,but what if that is not the case. Maybe the blame should be put on the leaders of these child soldiers. That meaning, the adults that are recruiting / forcing these kids to go to war should be blamed. Yes, some may say that these problems do not have one specific reason for happening. But there are people who are running these things. Also what this means in the terms of do they have the right to amnesty.
