Should Athletes Be Allowed In Sports?

In ancient civilizations of South America, athletes chewed coca leaves to make them mentally alert as well as alleviate pain. (Bjornlund 12). There are two points of views concerning the debate on doping in sports. Despite the fact that doping could be a safety hazard to the athlete and other athletes around them, society should be for doping in sports because it is more lucrative for the athletes and organizations, help athletes mentally and physically during the game, and has minimal safety risks.
