As an American we aspire to live the American dream. There is no difference when it animals. They are born in hopes to be put into a family and live a long happy life. Or in some cases, the animal is born into wildlife and hopes to remain there. However, because of animal testing, million of cats, rats, rabbits, and dogs, from both domestication and wild are taken into captivity. If Americans are supposed to prosper, why can’t the animals that bring happiness to these people do the same. All animals that are tested on can be seen in zoos all over the nation. Meaning, these same people paying to kill the animals, are also paying to see them ‘happy’ in these indirect places such as zoos. These animals that are tested on are either killed because
