Should Amelia's Mother Have A Sign-USeet?

Some reasons that come to mind that Amelia’s mother may have not been available to meet at the assigned conference period may be due to a schedule conflict with her work, or possible that she has to stay home and take care of the grandmother. There could be a chance that she forgot because there was a lack of communication such as reminders.
To ensure a that Amelia’s mother was going to attend the conference Mrs. Richardson should have had a sign-up sheet of dates and times she was having conferences, if Amelia’s mother was not on the sign-up sheet then Mrs. Richardson could have tries to contact her through email or calling her on the telephone. The first issue that Mrs. Richardson need to take into consideration is being able to be flexible in accommodating a conference time that is appropriate for Amelia’s mother and possible father to attend. Then the teacher needs to find an appropriate setting for the conference, possible a conference room, and if Amelia was going to attend the conference then the classroom would be appropriate for her to play while everyone else talked. The teacher also needs to plan out a set of goals that is needed to be discussed, the teacher may want to confer with her

Come up with a plan of strategies for the parent/parents to recognize and try with Amelia at home. Also, to remind the parents that they are not alone, she and the staff are there to help and support them. As well as to be able to schedule a follow up conference or telephone call and agree to send home notes that recognize something positive or negative to keep the parent/parents informed of Amelia’s behavior and or development. Most of all it is important that the parent/parents know that her door is always
