Most people say that kids can learn more after an afternoon nap. An afternoon nap can improve the health of children in both a mental and physical state. Taking an afternoon nap can help the mind by letting the brain have a break from working hard, kids can be more focused and can have a better education, if there were 30 minutes to an hour of nap time right after lunch.
