An abortion is the termination of a pregnancy. It is the removal part of a fetus (baby) before it is viable or considered to be a baby. Women would have a sexual encounter with another male outside of her marriage and then she could remove the fetus if they ended up implanting inside of her uterus. Once the woman ends up pregnant she would have an abortion and then continue on with her life.
Abortion also has the effect of messing with the woman being able to get pregnant in the future. Abortion also interrupts with the uterine wall. Having an abortion could also damage the uterine wall and ruin chances of conception again. This would result in the woman not being able to have the child that she wants later on in her life.
