Abortion should be justified and legalized to those who have been raped since; the victim should not be required to go through a great amount of burden caused by a violent act done to them[ CITATION And84 l 1033 ]. In this case, the community should also consider the victim and the great amount of fear and suffering they had to go through. It’s been proven that many victims are trying to do well in school and pursue their dream and career in life, and pregnancy can affect the victim from pursuing her actual dream from the day before they’ve been raped. If an individual is raped without one’s consent, it is not their fault if they desire to go through the process of abortion. Overall, through the experience the victim had to go through, the victim has lost their freedom of choice and were rather forced into a sexual act they were against and during the process ended up bearing a child against their will, so as a community, they should freely give them a freedom of choice regarding of going through
