Unjustly can be letting a poor baby suffer. The magical question that scholars argue is this: Is a fetus a person? According to Muslim scholars, there are three different stages that are contemplated when the fetus is actually given a soul becoming a human being9. If the baby is not yet born or fully developed, is it still considered murder? Can you kill someone who is not alive? Of course, all of these questions have left the issue unsolved.
Overall, Muslims who support abortion have the best argument. The first argument is solely based on a radical interpretation of the Qur’an, while Shari’a law is more of a modern interpretation that still uphold the wishes of Allah and his prophets as well as protecting the interest of the people. In Qur’an, it says “kill not your offspring for fear of poverty10,” these specific laws of abortion does not allow women to kill just because of an unwanted pregnancy or poverty, conflict with career or adultery. Abortion is only allowed when there is medical issues resulting in the fruitless suffering of someone

A theory about religion is that life starts at conception. People with other beliefs should not be forced to abide by this certain theory. Legal abortion today states that human life starts at birth, but when a baby is born, it grows and develops into a teenager, then a mature adult, until it finally becomes old and dies. Humans are made to develop and change, so a human becomes a human during conception.…

In recent discussions of women having abortion, a controversial issues has been whether it should be against the law or not for women to have an abortion. On one hand, some argue that it should be against the law for women to have an abortion because some a portion of the population thinks it should illegal since the mother is ending her pregnancy by killing the baby. They believe it is considered murder since the mother is practically killing the fetus. On the other hand, however, others argue that women should be allowed to have an abortion if they want to because if the individual believes that she is not able to support the baby or does not want to have it due to personal issues, then the mother should be able to abort the pregnancy.…

In my own views of abortion I think that abortion is taking an innocent humans life. It really doesn't matter if he or she is not born yet. They are developing to have their own life's, to grow, not to be killed. Killing a baby that is not yet born is taking their own rights. It is easy for someone to take it away because the baby cannot fight for it.…

Islam believes that the unborn have rights too. As women argue that they have the right to make decisions about their lives, Islam believes the child also has rights like the right of protection and the right of life. The Quran, the Holy book of Islam, states that abortion is not allowed under any conditions because human life is considered sacred. There has been a long existing debate of “Pro-Life” versus “Pro-Choice” about whether or not women should be able to abort a child. Many people being Pro-Choice will use the argument that the fetus isn 't a living person, and rather that it is the woman’s body; therefore the woman’s choice. There are other options women have such as adoption: waiting until the baby is born and providing the child a well-suited family to properly care for them. I believe any way you can avoid aborting a child is better than abortion because you give the child a chance for life. An unborn child in the womb contains all of the characteristics for it to be considered living, proving abortion is morally and scientifically wrong.…
