Pro Choice vs. Pro Life There are many reasons on both sides of this issue of why people believe it is or is not okay to have an abortion. Many believe that it is a woman’s right to choose to end her pregnancy or not. The U.S. Supreme Court has declared that it is a right guaranteed by the Constitution. Many would also believe that in choosing to end her pregnancy, she is committing murder, and that although the child is unborn, it is still a living being with the same right to live as its mother. Pro Choice gives women the right to decide if having a child is right for her, and that choice does not end the moment she becomes pregnant.…

Pro-life believes that abortion procedures are an act of killing a helpless human being. It seems unfair that abortion is legal because it lowers adoption rates which is unfortunate for those willing to adopt. Both side have visible variations in their arguments. But abortion is not the best option to address the problem of unwanted children nationwide because…

Many people who are pro-life would argue that abortion should remain illegal. However, abortion should be legalized because restricting abortions lead to unsafe abortions which cause far more health issues, every woman has the right to choose what to do with her own body and the government should have no say, and fetuses are not viable up to twenty three weeks and therefore have no human rights. According to the World Health…

Abortion, Pro choice Abortion. Now depending on your religious moral beliefs you have this word might make you uncomfortable. But my goal in this paper is to make you see why you shouldn’t view abortion as the ending of a life but the saving of another. Through the years this has been a controversial debate, that over time has been ruled in the Supreme court to be a constitutional right of the woman. And in order to preserve women’s constitutional rights we should continue to allow them to choose how they wish to deal with a wanted or unwanted pregnancy.…

The premise that I consider to be especially well-supported is the fetus is a complete person in an immature phase of development. It gives many examples of Pro-Choice defender arguments and why they are invalid. I do not consider any premise in this chapter to be inadequately supported. All the premises were well defined and posed both stances of the argument. The important information that I would like to have seen included in this article is the first hand accounts of both women who have had an abortion and those who didn’t and their opinion or reasoning on the matter.…

Regardless of one’s opinion on politics or religion, he or she would not go around killing innocent babies sleeping in their cribs. There would be something seriously wrong with a person who could purposely take innocent lives, and it would be a punishable crime almost anywhere in the world. “In 1965, illegal abortions made up one-sixth of all pregnancy – and childbirth – related deaths” (“Abortion Access”). This justifies that if abortion isn’t legal, then those who want to get rid of the fetus will perform illegal abortions such as self-abortion. As a result, those who perform self-abortion will end up harming themselves. Although many are against abortion because they consider it evil/inhumane, it should be legal because the mother could have been raped, have a disabled fetus, or have an unwanted pregnancy.…
