On September 11, 2011 Shoshana Hebshi on the Frontier Airlines. As she found her seat there were two Indian-American men that were sitting in her row of the plane. These Agents had handcuffed them, told them to get off of the plan, and as they were getting off the plan they had pushed her and the two men down the stairs and into vehicles. Hebshi was then placed in a cell, and she was ordered to strip naked, squat, and cough. When she was released that is when she filed a lawsuit against the FBI.

There are different parts of the government, and a person has to work in those different parts of government. That is meaning that there is different people in different job position. Each person has their own idea of how they are going benefit from a law or regulation. I think that they all have their own plan, so for example is Shoshana Hebshi. Those agents thought that they were doing the right thing because they didn’t know who she or the other two guys were. What was in their mind was that they were benefiting and helping people on the plane and their country because maybe they thought it could be another terrorist attack. Other agents might have thought about it differently and would have just let them stay on the plane and do nothing about it because they didn’t want to cause an uproar. Everyone has their own way of thinking so I think that is how it impacts racial profiling because not everyone is on the same
