In five years, I want to be working full time as Human Resource Manager. I hope to be working for a copy that can help me move up to my ten year goal by this time. I would like to still remain in the southern Maryland area where I reside now. I plan on graduating in December of this year. I am taking my last two classes that are required to graduate. After December I will have an associate degree in Human Resources. I am also currently updating my resume to include my college degree and making it more desirable to employers.
I will know that I have reached these two short term goals within the next year. Soon I will reach my graduation goal and will know this when I have been handed my degree and also walked across the stage to receive it. Finishing writing my resume to be more desirable will be harder to measure. I hope to know this by getting job offers within the next year.
To help me reach my goal I will need lots of support from my daughter and husband. They are the two people that keep me going when I just want to give up in the past.
