My first goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of the year. I plan on doing this by sticking with my diet and exercise plan. So far I have lost about 5 pounds by exercising three to four times per week. My exercises include running, swimming and racquetball. For my diet I have been cutting back my caloric intake by snacking less and eating fruits and vegetables instead of French fries and potato chips.
For my second and short term goal, I plan on graduating from Eastern Florida State College. I currently have 26 credits and by the end of this semester I will have attained 34 college credits.
