Short Term Goals Case Study

My short term goal is to utilize my marketing skills to increase school pride at UCSC athletic events. As the current marketing coordinator for UCSC's NCAA sports, I hope to increase fan turnout and interaction with the athletics within the campus. UCSC is known for having a lack of school spirit, and I have come from schools that have prioritized sport’s pride. Since sport’s culture is such a fundamental part of college, I wanted to take on the challenge of changing the way this school knows sports. My long term goal is to thrive as a marketing professional, whether it would be as a chief marketing officer or as the VP of marketing, and to one day run my own marketing agency.
