My short-term career goal after graduating college with a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration/ Promotion is to internship, part-time under a clinical research coordinator(CRO) while pursuing my graduate degree in clinical research. After finishing my graduate degree, my long-term career goal is to pursue a career in clinical research. There, I will work directly with a sponsor company overseeing and monitoring clinical trials in local clinics and hospitals as an independent consultant. Lastly, after working under my job for 3-7 years I plan to become a clinical research project manger, where I will oversee all activities clinical research coordinators and associates monitor.
