Short Story: Wolf Shifters Of North Point

Ten years ago, a serum was invented to suppress the supernatural abilities of the wolf shifters of North Point. After being injected with the serum, Alex Black moved to the city and away from North Point’s wolf sanctuary, a place he’d called home all of his life. Alex lived a good life in the city as a detective that kept himself in good favor of the mayor. However, when a case of disappearing people brings him face to face with his former lover, Braden, Alex is forced to confront his past and those in it. Braden Kohler never forgot what it felt like when his lover, Alex, told him he’d been injected with the serum to make him human. The hurt and betrayal burned deeper than he could have ever imagined. Moreover, the way the humans treated the wolf shifters hurt him more. Along with a few friends, Braden decides to declare war on the humans and take back what was owed to them. But the very thing he wanted required the help of the one person he thought he never wanted to see again. …show more content…
Alex didn’t count on Braden igniting so many emotions upon their reuniting, and as the full moon grew closer and closer, the temptation of rekindling their romance becomes overwhelming. To enter into a relationship with Braden was to go against the new state of being a human but the more he’s around his former lover, the more he feels his supernatural abilities coming back. He enjoyed his life as a human but his heart and passion was with the wolf that brought out a fierce desire in him unlike anyone else.
