The story I read was The Surprise written by Lili Potpara. This story was centered around a little girl called Alenka. While I was reading this story, I was curious about the looks of Alenka's toys and the way these toys bounces up and down when Alenka told them that her daddy bought her a bike as a surprise birthday gift. In addition, I was also wondering how these toys got to understand what Alenka said to them as well as the means in which Alenka use in communicating with her toys. Another image that also came to my mind was the small street called "Amerika" which Alenka never wanted her friends to tell her about because then she had no bicycle. And I was also trying to think of how steep the slope of this street is that requires bike
