In the blistering cold of the Alaskan tundra, an astute woman who went by the name of Kingmeata Etidlooie was prepping her meal for the night in some tin trays that she had bought the last time she had visited the closest town, which was located 93 miles north of her humble abode. Bringing them back, she found them very useful when it came to preparing her dinners every night because she had the ability to separate the main dish and its two sides. One frigid night during the middle of winter, Kingmeata set her food and tray down in the snow while attempting to build her fire because her wood stove inside had given out. As you can imagine, the blustery weather was making this quite difficult, and the food in her tray began to freeze at an increasingly fast rate. Suddenly, the food was rock hard, and she still did not have a fire. This is when the marvelous idea to create this invention sprung into her mind. Kingmeata began to freeze her meals at night and then unthaw them over a fire in the morning so that she could buy more food and keep it longer, and she could also prepare dinner much faster than ever
