The Bombing: Lisa and Stella’s story

HONK! This place the humans call New york city is very lowd. At first I did not know what was going on but then I figured out that we are moving. I did not want to move but I had a feeling it was because we did not have a lot of that green stuff that the humans value so much.”Hi Stelly, you want a treat?” That is my owner Lisa she's great. He thought for a minute or so and then Dan from the moving company said,”Well she is a small dog so I think it will hold, how long is it to Syria anyways?”

But for me it's eat, sleep, and sleep, then my favorite part of the day is when Lisa comes home. Lisa loves to come home and see me. Oh she makes a lot of that green stuff now and I found out what it is called. Money.

BOOM! I woke up to the ear-splitting sound of a BOMB. Then I lay with stella for a few minutes and a bullet sounding like a scream comes in then and right back out of the wall in the same second. 15 seconds or so passes and then blood screaming cries and I am sure the hole apartment building could hear the spine-chilling screams.

“RUN”!

Still lying I grabbing Stella and do what that voice told me to do so I ran and ran and ran until I was about five blocks away then stopped. We just waited there for a while because all of the events that just happened were still sinking in.

A plane flew overhead and then I saw my apartment building drop into a cloud of dust.

“Why us? Why did god let this happen to us?” Lisa cried. What is that smell I thought? I started scratching at Lisa and she senses that something is wrong so we hid in a house in which the owners left. Good for us they left some food and water.
