Archer followed Justin’s lead and he too leaned up, facing his friend.

“Justin, I think, I think I am falling for you.”

“Archer are you sure. I don’t want to do anything to hurt you.”

“Justin, since I have been with you, the voice in my head, that of my preacher, and that of my parents, and that of everyone who tells me that the way I feel is a one way ticket to hell, is finally quiet. You put my mind at peace.”

Justin grabbed Archers face and brought it closer to his own. They then shared a kiss, this time the kiss didn’t reek of something from a teenage truth or dare game, and it certainly wasn’t just experimentation. “Archer, if you are one hundred percent sure you are ready, and that is what you want, then Yes. I will be your boyfriend.”

Archer smiled, and made a mental note to say a prayer thanking God and St. Valentine for this miracle. At this joyous decision, they kissed, sealing their new love.

“You know this has to be a secret right?” Justin said to Archer, as they layed back down, this time on their sides facing each other.

“Why?” Archer asked, still giddy with excitement from there new love.

“Because, if I am going to be your handler, they can’t think were having some love affair, and also, it could ruin your fathers administration if the media catches wind.”

“I don’t want that to happen, but perhaps it’s better that way. God knows who he will appoint to the supreme court. Gay marriage just became legal in this state! What if his appointees overturn it?”
“We just have to hope that no matter what, freedom will win out. There is nothing we can do but pray if he gets elected. His electees weren't able to suppress it in Wisconsin, why should it be any different at the national
