Ice whipped past the injured young woman’s face as she trudged through the frigid tundra. The swathes of icy mass made visibility poor, like a sub-zero mist intending to freeze all in its path. Eira continued to stride through slush, brave the blizzard. Her numb feet encased in stiff leather rose and fell in a robotic rhythm. Her goals were to survive in the barren environment and find refuge – possibly in an acquaintance’s hut of whom she reignited friendships in a glacial scene prior to whatever paranormal event was happening.
