hayduke hess When jenny pointed out the trees we knew there must be water. So we started running as fast as we possibly could in the heat to get there but every step brought excruciating pain to our feet. The ground was flaming hot it burned my feet so bad. When we got there to the trees the ground felt so good and cold in the shade. I saw three big white blobs in the middle of the forest but as soon as we got to them I noticed they were camping trailers with red stripes and a logo that I couldn't read because it was half gone from the sun. We broke open the door in search for food and water but all we found was some stale oatmeal cans of beans and bear. We broke into the others we just found a few more cans of beans, bear, and a radio. I yelled at the top of my

TITLE Anza-Borrego Exploration: A Guide to Camping in the Desert LEAD PARAGRAPH When you think of camping, do you typically envision tents, grass, oak trees and bears (oh my!)?
