They noticed a male Hispanic, named Anderson Galarza, was acting suspicious looking at something underneath a blanket. They asked Mr. Galarza if he had seen a wallet in the area and he produced the wallet they were looking for from underneath the blanket on his lap. Mr. Galarza had apparently taken all the cards inside the wallet out and according to the owner, Hiram Carter, the money he had reported that was in the wallet, ($111 dollars in cash), was now missing. That is when Alonso got a call from dispatch asking for a telephone extension he could be reached at.
The call at approximately 2140 hours was from Mr. Carter’s grandson, Michael Claw, stating that the wallet had been found, all the documents and credits cards were recovered, but the money was now missing and he wanted me to get it back from Mr.
