John is a 59 year old man married man who lives in North Bay with his wife Julie. They have 2 grown children that both currently reside in Sudbury. John has been a smoker for the last 39 years and has suffered from angina on and off for the past 7 years. Both him and his wife are newly retired. It is the end of January and a heavy snowfall warning is in effect. 20 centimetres of snow have already fallen. While his wife is making some hot chocolate for the two to enjoy, John decides to go out and shovel the driveway. John was halfway done shovelling when he began to feel a tightness in his chest. He soon found himself having difficulty breathing, and noticed his pain begin radiating to his arms and neck. Before he knew it, he was on the snow
